€500 Gift Card Competition Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions of O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited apply to customers who purchase more than €50 of hardware, oil or service station products from O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited between the 15th October and 15th December 2023 (“the Entrant”) and wish to participate in the “€500 Gift Card Competition” (the “Competition”).

  • To take part in the Competition, the Entrant must:

    • be a customer who has purchased more than €50 of products per transaction and obtained a receipt from a qualifying O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited location;
    • purchase from O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited between the 15th October 2023 and 15th December 2023;
    • upload a receipt as proof of purchase by scanning an instore QR code and following the online instructions. The QR code is also available via O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited’s Facebook pages, Instagram, Tiktok and X/Twitter pages);
    • be aged 18 years or over; and
    • be a resident in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Where the Entrant satisfies the conditions of the Competition set out at above, they will be entered into a prize draw where one Entrant will win an O’Keeffe’s Rathmore voucher worth €500 (“the Prize”).

  • The Prize shall be valid for five years from the date issued.
      • Only one entry to the Competition is available per Entrant per receipt over €50 and any claims relating to duplicate entries will not be valid.

      • The Prize winning Entrant will be selected at random by a draw conducted by O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited and will be notified by phone or email on the 20th December 2023.

      • The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. There is no monetary cash value offered.

      • The Competition is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed by O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited at any time and without notice.

      • The Competition will begin on 15th of October 2023 and ends on 15th of December 2023.

      • Purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

      • O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries.

      • O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or the terms and conditions of the Competition, with no liability to any Entrant, the Winning Entrants or any third party. By accepting the Prize, the Winning Entrant grants the promoters the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without payment. The name and county of the prize-winner will be displayed on the O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited’s Facebook page, Instagram account, TikTok account, LinkedIn page and/or X (formally Twitter) account for a reasonable period of time after the prize-winner has been selected.

      • An O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited employee and/or an O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited third-party contractor and/or any member of an O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited employee’s immediate family and/or a O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited third party contractor’s immediate family are excluded from ever availing of these terms and conditions.

      • O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited will make use of and process the personal data you provide in connection with the Competition to the extent and for the time necessary to administer this Competition and all processing will be in accordance with O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited’s Data Privacy Notice which you can view at https://www.okhardware.ie/policies/privacy-policy. By participating in the Competition, you consent to the processing of your personal data in this manner.

      • The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of Ireland.

      • O’Keeffe’s Rathmore Limited Gas is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers in compliance with its obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
